At the beginning the AMA had difficulty in organizing a working staff that followed her education principles, because there wasn't college courses covering the Autism field, and so there wasn't graduated or graduating professionals for this kind of job. Because of this professional's inadequacy the AMA admitted to her working staff graduated people from other areas besides Education and even nongraduated people, teaching them the knowledge acquired in her experience and specializing them with the courses taught by foreign researchers and professionals that are aware of the syndrome in question. |
This is the staff that works in the education of the Autistics at the AMA's school currently. These people are engaged in the work they are doing and they try to deepen even more their theoretical knowledge to refine their work with the deficients. Many of them are studying in a university in order to complement what was learned in the AMA. Conceptually, we have a staff that is developing day after day. |
